typically losers pay 10% on thier losing wager
so I'm spliting it
sometimes I'll let them both go off at even
sometimes if I think there is going to be heavy action on one side
I'll make that side a 10/11 favorite,or .91

No, you get 195, just like in real life betting situations. If you bet a G on something, and the odds are 1:1, you get 2G's back.
