4/2 MLB: Cleveland Indians @ Chicago White Sox

The 2006 baseball season gets underway Sunday as the defending World Series champion Chicago White Sox host the Cleveland Indians.

The Indians start C.C. Sabathia, who was 15-10 with a 4.03 ERA last season. The White Sox counter with ace Mark Buehrle; the southpaw finished last season 16-8, with a 3.12 ERA.

Chicago brings a 99-63 overall mark from last season into this game versus a Cleveland team who had a 93-69 record.

The White Sox are favored slightly by the bookmakers, who opened the game at -140. The total has been set at 8 runs.

This will be Jim Thome's White Sox debut. Chicago acquired the slugger from Philadelphia in the offseason to add to an already-potent lineup.

The Indians return with their young studs Travis Hafner, Victor Martinez, and Grady Sizemore to attempt another run at the Central title. They fell just short last season.

The Indians' staff were stingy with baserunners last season, allowing fewer men to reach base than just about every team in the league. Chicago needs to get to Sabathia and into the bullpen to make things happen.

Some trends to consider:
Cleveland is 1-4-0 OU in its last 5 games against Chicago
Cleveland is 5-2-0 OU in its last 7 away
Cleveland is 6-1-0 OU in its last 7 games away against Chicago
Chicago is 5-0-0 SU in its last 5 games after scoring 1 to 3 runs
Chicago is 6-1-0 OU in its last 7 games at home against Cleveland
Chicago is 5-1-0 OU in its last 6 games
Chicago is 1-4-0 OU in its last 5 games against Cleveland

i dont know where you and swole get this info but when it gets down to the trends part at the bottom the OU stats of hockey and baseball is completely useless information, and that seems to be the only trend that is ever listed, is there a way you guys can give SU and ATS info instead?
