I am looking into the 3X3 program that Korte came up with, i read on another forum about a guy who said he had really good gains on it. his squat and bench press went up even though the first few weeks were hard. the setup is you do the 3 big lifts squat/bench/deads 3X per week. its 6X6 bench, and 5X5 the other 2 lifts.
