I’m always sick and tired at 32 years old.
30% body fat 5’10” and around 280 lbs
need help at getting my body back into better shape and getting more energy
want to use sarms, heard they are good for this.
Which is a good sarm cycle that I should consider if you had to choose between using gw501516 or sr9009?

You don't need drugs. You need to fix your diet and get on the cardio and weight training.
What are you currently doing?

You need to get serious about your diet first and foremost. Download the myfitnesspal app. Track everything you eat. Get yourself in a calorie deficit while eating a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, actually in your case a gram per pound of LEAN bodyweight would suffice. Then start working out and doing fasted cardio everyday.

No I'm natty. 41, been training for about 15 years total. But I am considering/planning for a cycle within the next year-hence the reason i hopped on the forum. 5'8, 190 around 16% bf. Would like to get down to 10-12% bf before I start a cycle. Currently on a cut at 2,000 calories per day. working out 5 days a week hitting everything twice. I go about 5 weeks then deload then switch up my training.
