30lb gain help

Hi there, I have already posted my story in the Steroids section but I was told to get some advice here.

I am 18 years old, 5ft 11" and currently weigh around 120 pounds.

Basically, I have had 9 operations so far, am a bad eater, hard gainer and have a fast metabolism. I am sick of my weight, and I need to do something about it before the summer holidays in August.

I was thinking of cycling on Test/Sust but I don't want to have to resort to that because of my age, and I also have a hole in my heart.

Is there any way that anyone could help me how to get to my target of around 150 pounds in around 12 weeks.

your time frame may be unrealistic. do you do any weight training? cardio? give us an example of an average days food. the portion size and times you eat them. we can help you put on weight butr be patient with yourself. if you only gained 10 lbs by your target time it would be better than not gaining anything. also this stated condition. you have a hole in your heart. does this give you any restrictions? is it ok to rapidly gain weight? is it ok for you to eat large meals 8 times per day? i am completely lost on the heart condition situation. im weary to suggest something when i know nothing about that.
 
Dude do you have any idea how much food you would have to eat to gain 30lbs in 12 weeks. You might want to think about expanding that some. Also, give us you training schedule and exact diet.....I'm getting sick just thinking about what all you would have to eat.... :(

Can you do weight training without any restrictions? You can gain alot of weight on 12 weeks but it will not be hard muscle and certainly 30lbs it's raising the bar a little to high.
 
It sounds like you might just be starting. I'd suggest tallying up your calories and then add 500 to them. Eat right before bed, and immediatly on awakening. Add protein shake after workout, get nutrition and caffeine or something before workouts. And I'd suggest starting on a Bill Starr 5x5, it worked wonders for me. Weigh your self often ( at the same time of day each time to maintain accuracy ) and you want to shoot for around 1lb per week, anymore than that will be alot of fat. And then you should get at least 12lb in 12 weeks, and still be pretty lean.
