Hi, I'm new to this forum thingy!!
I recently went back playing football so don't have as much time for the gym as I would like - I have 3 days allocated to the gym (1 session being only a 45 min session for the next 10 weeks) Can someone please advise me how to break my sessions up so I hit all body parts effectively? Any advice welcome!
