Brodeur can move within one victory of Hall of Famer Jacques Plante for fourth place on the all-time list Sunday when the Devils host the red-hot Ottawa Senators.
The two-time reigning Vezina Trophy winner, Brodeur is 32-20-6 with a 2.58 goals-against average this season. He has 10 consecutive 30-win seasons and 435 career victories, two shy of Plante.
New Jersey has split its last six games and are in sixth place in the Eastern Conference, two points ahead of Tampa Bay and eight behind Philadelphia for fifth.
Brian Gionta scored his team-leading 36th goal and John Madden added his 12th for the Devils in Thursday's 2-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins.
