Hi Guys,
Been browsing through this forum for years finally decided to join, have read so much good info here from a lot of knowledgeable folks.
Firstly my stats:
Age: 35
Height: 5-6
Weight 170 pounds
Body Fat: 13-15 % range.
Goal for this VAR only cycle is to get to single digit body fat figure while holding onto as much weight as I can.
Been lifting for about 2 years now, I am currently on my 3rd day of the VAR cycle and dosing 50 MGs per day, 30 MGs with my morning protein shake along with multi vitamins etc and the remaining 20 MGs at 4 PM.
Tablets are dosed at 10mg each, the problem I am having is that; after having my morning dose of VAR (30 MGs) and later on having my second meal, I get diarrhea soon after . I know the food is not contaminated or bad as I prepared the meals myself however I don't have the issue coming up during my PM dose of VAR. I am wondering should I stop the VAR cycle if this stomach issue keeps coming up or just deal with it and keep going ? also does getting the stomach runs mean I am wasting the VAR ?
