2nd Cycle / Advise!!!

I feel like sh#% !!!

I was just talking yesterday with my partner explaining how good I felt while on my first cycle.

My joints were feeling great and felt very strong and energetic.
I had this overwhelming feeling of well being that gave me confidence and strength to go train harder.

Now i feel achee and had all sort of pains in my joints and muscles. I had lost some of the weight I gain on my first cycle but I expected that.

Tomorrow I start my second cycle. It's kind of mild comparing to some I've seen here but, I would like your opinion.

Stats: 6'3" | 163lb. | 37 years young! My first cycle was Deca300 and Test Prop.

Here is what I have bought for my second cycle:

Deca200 2X a week @ 400 ml total
Test Cyp 2X a week @ 400 ml total
Test Prop150 2-3 times a week for the first 2-3 weeks 150ml
each time.
d-bol 35-40mg a day for 4-5 weeks (scaling up & down)
Clomid for after cycle ends.
( i have not bought Armidex cause it's very expensive, can you sugest a substitute)

What do you mean scaling up and down.
and a sub for Armidex: Nolvadex
 
dont stagger the d-bol just take the same amount the entire time unless you take a little more the first week. as for the antiestrogen nolvedex is cheeper and has fixed all my tittie problems in the past. get some!!!!!!!
 
you can get a lower cost liquidex vrs arimidex,

also you will start to feel "good" again once you get the d-bol and test into your system.

At your height I would not over look the amount of protien and calories you will need to bulk and gain.
 
solidspine is right you are 6foot 3in this is a big frame to fill, you need to look into a good diet like all others in this sport.

as for me i can eat shit and still stay under 7%. genetics!
 
I have been training for over 1 year. This will be my second cycle and is much stronger than my first one.
My body fat ranges from 9 to 10%.
I need lots of protein shakes to fill my requirements. It's not easy.

If I can gain or keep 10 to 15 pounds with this cycle I will be happy! :)

I already started my cycle without the Armidex but I am ordering it tomorrow. I do have Clomid however.

Its not a mild cycle your doing...its a rather heavy one...try deca300 @ 1cc a week and 300 mgs of cyp, enan, or sust a week and kick start it with 25 mgs dbol ED for the first 4 weeks...ya dont need the prop...and u need to adjust ur diet cuz u should be a lot heavier than u r rite now
