Im cutting at the moment and would like to know about having carbs below 100g for 2days then having a 2day carbup with 350g carbs.
2on 2off 2on 2off ,ect.
Im doing 2hours cardio a day and weights in the evening. Will something like this will i still be able to burn enough fat while get harder with the carbs?
Im using 10mg halo and 80mg t3 per day.
3 weeks out from compo.
