That is a lot of calories to consume. Try eating 5x a day, at around 200-250 calories a meal..... Plus eating snacks throughotu the day to stop hunger such as bran flakes, fat free/sugar free jello, a protein bar.... Also, run 3 hours a day and you will shread weight quick.
