hey guys i got my ISSA booklet to get certified as a fitness trainer...it told me at 172 lbs and about 10% bf that i should take in like 2775 calories to lose 1 lb of bodyfat per week if i workout 1-2 hours per day... does this seem logical?? i thought i would need less....
 
That is a lot of calories to consume. Try eating 5x a day, at around 200-250 calories a meal..... Plus eating snacks throughotu the day to stop hunger such as bran flakes, fat free/sugar free jello, a protein bar.... Also, run 3 hours a day and you will shread weight quick.
This food guide will require some adjustment according to how hunger you get throughout the day and carb depletion...
 
dude 1000-1250 calories a day plus some sugar free snacks and running 3 hours today would fucking destroy all the muscle mass i have you have to be stupid to diet like that unless you want to be a walking skeleton.
