i banged it out 17 times with a few more in the tank if i had a spotter @ 190ish

honestly i just eat alot, drink 2-4 protein shakes a day, and do workouts that he assigns us to do i do the fball workout w/ the fball players. This is in my Weight Training class
 
yea you all can bench it 15+ times, but can you jump 30+ inches and run a 4.6 or lower and squat 500+

bench is such a worthless exercise to determine strength/athleticism

doing 8 moar reps than everyone else at your position is significant

it may knot directly correlate with football performance, butt will open eyes that previously considered him as "under sized"
 
I've banged out 40 reps with 225, it was actually 41 because I gave him a one to grow on...My friend called bullshit so I did it in his presence....I have freakish muscular endurance in the upper body..Maybe it was all the push-ups and other body weight exercises I did in my wrestling conditioning.I agree with other posters, the metrics are just wrong about predicting performance based on upper body strength metrics..

I do tons of bodyweight pushups and weighted/banded push ups, i dont bench barbell i usually use a swiss bar and i can do good numbers with the neutral grip on that bar.

Demps sounds pretty good. Jets were lucky to get a similar player in Kerley in the 5th round last year. Too bad Sanchez sucks though :(

My High School coach was a college offensive coordinator for a Division I University...Key on the fullback..that will tell you everything you need to know: He knew offense which gave him insight on defense. It doesn't matter what level of football you watch....key the fullback and it will tell you where the play is going.My senior year, the opposition averaged 48.5 yards rushing. I played against Joey Galloway in high school and they lined him up in every position they could that could receive the ball..even tight end; The fullback tells you everything, I put Joey out of the game for a play because I learned that truism and knew exactly where the play was going....it was a cheap shot hitting him in the air, probably spearing, but it was within the rules and not called.

It's interesting that I'm most harshly judged by the most vocal Christians, it doesn't seem to be Christ like but that is generally how it works. Melody was great, she has an intrinsic understanding of her Christian faith and legitimate redemption...other proclaimed Christians don't. I told Mel the entire story within three weeks of our dating, Cindy couldn't handle it and I watered it down...Yes, I told her things that weren't factually accurate but I did it to protect her...she wanted to think I'm a good person because I always have been to her.... her online rage just demonstrates I made the right decision. In the grand scheme of things, that one incident...that one night..I wish I could take it back but I have done far worse things as an agent of my government and those are the ones that trouble my sleep.

It's one thing being able to knock out 25+ as a weightlifter; entirely another when weightlifting isn't your main sport. I just started bench pressing after a 3-year layoff from benching and a 1 year layoff from all lifting. I could probably get about 12 right now. I'm hoping to do 4 plates for my 48th birthday in Oct.

Cheap-o HP printers only cost $30 at target. That's cheaper than buying ink. I just buy a new printer when I run out of ink.
