I normally have one cheat meal a week, but today is my 21st birthday and as of 1 hour ago, i've thrown back 3 beers, a big tin of spicy cajun pringles, 1 bag of chocolate covered pretzels, 1 box life cereal, and i plan on eating bad all day, more beer more junk food, i normally diet pretty hard, low sugar, moderate carb, high protien and i am pretty ripped all ready, is this going to fuck it all up? I'f im going to gain a ton of fat from this or loose my shredded abs tell me now so i can stop before i do it all day long. i feel sick as it is but i hardly binge...so is this ok for me?
