Entry Fee: A fee of $60.00 must accompany this entry form and be returned to the
Meet Director no later than Friday Nov. 27th, 2004. Any entries after
Nov. 27th will be charged a $15.00 late fee. Walk-ins will be accepted
and will be assessed the same late fee. More than one division/event
may be entered ($40.00 per division/event)

WOMENS OPEN: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, SHW
TEENS: 13-15, 16-17, 18-19
MASTERS: 1.) 40-44 2.) 45-49 3.) 50-54 4.) 55-59
5.) 60-64 6.) 65-69 7.) 70-74 8.) 75-79 9.) 80+
SUBMASTERS: 33-39
JUNIORS: 20-23
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 in Men's Open and the top 5 in remaining divisions.
APF RULES APPLY All lifters must have a one piece-lifting suit.
All lifters must have an APF card. (May be purchased at meet)
