I weigh 200, lost about 10 pounds over the past 2 months by watching what I eat and running 2 times a week. I am 5' 10" and want to get rid of this gut at all costs. Tired of it. I am not all gut, I am bulked up from a life of sports, but have been away for several years.
I am about to get back into the gym and do some massive cardio.
Can anyone, give me any advice as to how to make this work better, not easier but better.
