Has anyone had any experience with the 20 squat system. You know, taking a good pecentage of your 5rm and then doing 20 reps, I heard it promotes massive grwoth signals and to be honest doing 20 reps with a heavy weight sounds like a great workout. I'm in the middle of a 5X5 right now and am wondering if I should do this cycle after I deload.
