20 rep Squat Cycle

Has anyone had any experience with the 20 squat system. You know, taking a good pecentage of your 5rm and then doing 20 reps, I heard it promotes massive grwoth signals and to be honest doing 20 reps with a heavy weight sounds like a great workout. I'm in the middle of a 5X5 right now and am wondering if I should do this cycle after I deload.

Yeah it is great stuff for hypertrophy and it is a good endurance/cardio workout. You ususally take your10-12 rm and do 20 reps with it. You should use the least rest possible between reps, and it should be fucking hard! I would go ahead and do it after your 5x5.
 
If you do a true 20rm set, you should be able to talk with Jesus around rep 12, and not know your own name by 18. Then when you are done, if you think about doing another, you should immediately go into a fit of vomiting.

I already talk with Jesus every day.....lol! But yeah you should be much more than just out of breath after a 20 repper.
 
Damn I love that sht, anything that will tax my body that instensely deserves a good try in my book. Does anyone have any links for the official 20 rep workout.
