20 minute Body for life cardio solution

That is of course considering I got the diet and training right. See, I lost the book, and I want to know how it works. Any help is appreciated,.
 
This is completely from memory but the cardio session starts with a moderate intensity and you continually increase intensity periodically. I don't have the specifics but that's the principle. I usually do 20 minutes of moderate intensity cardio on an elliptical and then do ten minutes of high intensity on the treadmill when dieting. When not dieting I do ten minutes of moderate and ten minutes of high intensity.
 
go to the website, print out the sheet for cardio, it will tell you.

its all on percieved exertion, you gradually move up to a 9 and back down to 5 over and over.
