2 questions about fat.

okay...just got to think about this this morning, and couldnt figure it out.

lets say u eat a cheatmeal...how long does it take til to those calories turn to fat in your body?

and when the body burns fat..
if youre cutting, have a few cheatmeals, then the next day go back to your regular diet. when will the body start to burn fat again?
will it be the day after the regular diet-day?
 
the reason for cheat meals is to throw off your metabolism. dont worry about gaining any fat, jsut dont get into a habbit of cheating.
 
ok.. it is way more complicated than that. think of it more as a routine. if you are eating 5 days out of the week clean your body will get use to this way of eating.. and adjust for it.. so if you eat like a pig on the weekend you are not going go get fat over the weekend. you would have to mostly be eating shit again or more calories that you need for a time period like say 5 days out of the week.

so say you are eating good, clean and you have started losing weight. well you have increased your metabolism your normal body temp has raised slightly.. well now say you start eating like shit..
Well you will need to eat like shit for a week or 2 before your body gets use to the new way of eating.. and it will. and at this point will begin to gain fat again..

the body is very smart.. and adjusts over time.. it does not make quick changes.. if it did you could go run a little and get on the scale and have lost weight.. but we know it does not work like that..

well.
i was more wondering how long the body takes to make a meal to fat....thinking when im offseason and having a cheatmeal..how long do i have to exercise up the cals in that meal?
 
one cheat meal wont just turn to fat. ... if a guy dieted down to a perfect set of abs. and decided on Monday he was going to cheat. eat tons of shit food all day. He would wake up in the morning with the same set of abs... your body changes in slow gradual pase.
