Just wanted to post up an update of my progress so i can keep track on here and followup. I started training 2 months ago at 105 at 5'6" being only able to bench the bar 3 or 4 times without my bf having to take it. i could squat 60 for 6 reps. now I am up to 75 pounds on bench for 6 and 100 for squats for reps. should i expect the same progress going forward?
