Fatrat is right, Flax oil, especially Udos oil when used right will help you lose body fat not gain it!
also try CLA and deffinately add some Fish Oils into your diet.

I have oatmeal in the morning, two checken breasts for lunch, 4 crackers with 100g half fat cheese in the afternoon and them the tuna at night with lettuce....so whaddya think?? I think the fat is from eating two cans at night and not processing all that extra protein means some of it gets converted into fat overnight..hence dropping it to one...am i wrong?

please help!

i think youre body is in starvation mode holding on to its fat
 
interesting point so not enough calories? What should I do revert back to two cans a day? Add some other foods to my diet? eat extra meals?

again advise very much appreicated
