1st cycle week 1 results (50mg d-bol)

Well, looks like this stuff is good after all. Gained 8lbs (172 to 180), added 15 lbs to my bench.. my biceps and lats are friggin huge, and my pecs are startin to blow up a little too. 5 more weeks to go, so far so good. Only question I have is if it is more effective to take days off from lifting... or is it okay to lift everyday?? and should my dosage be different on an off-day.. i split the tab in half take 25mg late-morning 25mg early evening currently.
 
dont lift every day. No, don't change the dose on off days...but I'd lower it. I'd also do some research before attempting another cycle.
 
Most just use d-bol to jump start a cycle that uses slower released injectables which will solidify more permanent gains. In any event, good luck and keep us posted!
 
D-bol alone = water weight - anti E = more water weight
Water weight = Strength + weight gains
d-bol alone = no muscle gains
 
i have been researching

but unfortunately i have no access to the stuff i want, but im working on it. I have BL Clomid to use for 2 weeks after the d-bol is gone
 
i'm not really tryin to criticize ya bro, and sorry to hear about the lack of source, but a d-bol only cycle is mostly gonna be just a hit on the pocket book.... but good luck with it

The clomid is necessary, but the point is using only d-bol you won't yield very good permanent gains. The clomid will help restore normal test levels but won't really do much to help you hold onto gains, it's mostly water.

It wasn't my choice to get the d-bol/clomid only, it was the only thing i could get ATM... but from what i've read it is possible to hold the gains, especially if you are far below your natural max, and being only 175lbs@6'1", im pretty sure im well below that max... does this sound accurate or am i pretty much gonna lose everything i gain?

Test, test, and more test. Preferrably around 500-750mg/week. This makes for a good cycle. Also, 50mg/day of dbol is kind of a high dose. It doesnt surprise me that you made good gains your first week. Just one question for ya, Do you slosh from all the water you are holding when you walk?

It doesnt seem like im holding much water yet.. well should i say i dont feel swelled up at all... (yet)...... My muscle groups i have been working on are rock solid and cut, i doubt it'll stay like that but maybe a miracle will happen. I am taking daily pictures to meter the progress
 
WHOA wait..Did you say 2 wks after d-bol..do you mean your starting date is two wks after.

You need to start Clomid about 8 hours after your last pill. It only lasts in your system a max of 24 hours. After then the levels drop off Dramatically.
 
eviction- dont let everyone bring you down, dbol only is not the best cycle but its not the worst. you can keep your gains with a proper post cycle regime. up your calories, creatine and continue to train like a beast.

granted you do gain water weight of dbol but you also gain muscle. after all its not the water pushing up the extra weight. you have to remember that once you come off you will drop some weight and stregth, dont get discouraged, and train like a beast

my first cycle was 100 5mg dbol. pyramid up then down over 6 weeks. i gained around 25 pounds and kept a solid 15. this was about 8 years ago and if i could go back i would probably just throw a little test in there.

most people will dog what you are doing, but you did what you did so take it from there...try to prove them wrong

I didnt say that im retaining NO water... i said i dont feel bloated, There is a difference. and starting at my initial weight of 175, i have been eating around 5000+ calories a day, about 60% carbs (low sugar as possible), 25% protein, and 15% fat... I've been training every day of the week and taking the weekends off. I do low rep high weight workouts with everything because I am strictly trying to build mass. I dont care about being ripped right now. I put some pictures in my thing so if u can notice 8lbs of gain then whatever, but i'll continue to put pictures up throughout the cycle and i'll keep everyone posted on the progress. After this mass building cycle I plan on a similar workout schedule to let my gains solidify, at least as much as possible. I know that I will lose the water weight that I have gained, but I know that I will keep most of the gains If i train properly afterwards.

NO i start afterwards, its a 2 week cycle of clomid (i only have 14 pills)
 
Good luck bro. Dbol on its own works. Keep eating and you'll grow. After the cycle, you'll lose the water and keep the muscle.
 
Thanks for the positive feedback... good to see not everyone wants to flame me for the d-bol... i put pictures in my gallery and I think the 1st week gains are pretty noticeable.. and im still workin on getting some test
 
eviction - if u have already started this cycle then fine - perhaps you should have done more research but hey - you have started down the road you wanted to already. My advice - from personal experience my first cycle was dbol only - ran it for about 10 weeks or maybe more. Probably screwed my liver in that period but I gained a heap of muscle and kept about 75% of it and I didn't know shit about it. No protectants, no clomid, no post cycle stuff, no creatine - just hard out training eating and rest. Sure you will lose some strength (but then I only lost a little) and some water weight post cycle but if you eat etc right you should be fine. Not that it works as well for everyone but if it works well first time - excellent. I wouldn't take anymore than 25mg ED btw - it is plenty especially first cycle and you gain heaps freom that amount. Split it as best you can over the day and try and take 5mg about 1/2 hour before training - gives you a very nice boost. And also - keep in mind that the less you take now the less you will need to take in the future (most likely along with some other compoiund). No point in taking shedloads - you will just shut yourself down alot faster and harder. 25mg was what a took pretty much right thru my first cycle and I was around 260 pounds then naturally and had been training for 5 years.

I am an experienced juicer but have never used dbol. I have gone up to 2 grams/week with other cycles. Do you still think that 50mg of dbol/day would be too much for me if I have never used it? - cbeaks

Actually, I think i've done pretty much everything to take advantage of what I have available to me. I didnt chose d-bol, it chose me (well, my supplier did at least, and he is trustworthy).... I will keep you all posted as my cycle progresses
 
i would take something for your liver too.. and monitor your blood pressure too if you have never taken gear before..

if you can add test add it..

start the clomid the next day and run it at least 3 weeks

after the cycle keep your cals up and reduce your volume
keep doing research on here

i think there is a specific liver helper to called tylers i am not positive on the complete name though bro..

I wouldn't say that fact alone necessarily makes it a "fucked up cycle". I think his dosage is too high but that's different.

Me too. My first cycle was dbol & deca, but, deca was like 200mg every month, so, it was mainly dbol. Went from 215 to 230 and kept most of it. If you've got the genetics to put on muscle mass I don't think it matters what you do your first cycle, you should make good gains.

I also agree on dosage. I would take it down to 25mg. For your first cycle, your sustainable gains should be about the same. The additional dosage will only result in more water weight gain, lost quickly after the cycle is over.
 
Obviously you should have waited until you could get better choices for your first cycle, but since its already said and done, try to make the best of it.

Now ... whoever says that you wont gain anything but water on this cycle is talking out their ass. Dbol mg per mg is one of the most powerful steroids. The fact of the matter is that you are going to gain both water and muscle tissue. It helps if you are a regularly lean guy with the water weight, if not expect a little more bulk.

When you come off your cycle, you will loose some of the water weight (which is a good thing), and you should keep a good bit of the muscle that you have gained (especially this being your first cycle). Just remember the basics, eat like a horse, up your protein intake from 30%. Train like a beast and get plenty of rest.

By the way people. It is not unrealistic to gain 8 lbs in 1 week on dbol, especially on your first cycle.
 
read up on the liver treatment there are lots of things out there that would help

i would recommend ALA and milk thistle and lots of water...

keep researching and you will be ok.. especially post cycle treatment / training and nutrtion!!!

thanks, im drinking about a gallon of water a day on top of multivitamins and all that good stuff... what are some symptoms of liver problems so that i can stop if somethin comes up?
 
what is crazy is how every person and their friend has somethin to say about how i look bigger, better, or somethin to those means.. i've only been on it for just about two weeks now, and its obviously noticeable since everyone has somethin to say about it. I'm gonna keep at it, finish up this cycle, and hope for the best, because from my point of view, so far so good...
 
its all good bro - until you come off and lose 60-70% of your gains and increased strength.
d-bol just aint used for for gains in the sense of keeps unless you stack.

i reckon this cycle will give a taste for some real juice :p

Im tryin to get what you call "real juice" as we speak, the stuff u mentioned before, i'll let you know how that goes
 
yea i did A D-Bol and TEst 200 cycle about 2 months ago and i was very happy with my gains and my strength...The D-Bol is great i gaind 20 pounds in 3 weeks...I only did it for 5...It was my first Cycle and i wanted it short...do too the Sides..but my speed decreased and Since im in football I cant have that happen....So i was wondering if I did Test Suspension...straight for 6 weeks wat kinda of GAins could i expect???and since its a fast actin TEst i was wondering if it could help with my speed???

" i bet they were wrong and im probably gonna die but oh well... considering im young and I havent drank in months, I think my liver will be able to recover from one cycle.. but yea im gonna look for some liver supplements, i was told before the cycle to just drink lots of water and not to drink alcohol, and that i'd be fine. im currently handicapped i have tramatic brain injury and im trying to get my upper body stronger my friend recommended me trying d balls i see that u have had positive resullt from taking em is the weight u gained water weight or muscle??

I really don'y think dbol is a good choice for this situation....this thread is damn near 10 years old wtf...Sorry about the brain injury.
