Week 1-10 500mg Test E 250mg twice a week.
Week 11-14 - Nolva 40/40/20/20

This was recommended by a trusted trainer (world record holding powerlifter). He said I dont need an AI, Nolva should be fine for PCT. Before the flame, I am aware that that is a pretty old school approach.
My diet will consist of around 250-300g of protein (chicken,lean beef,some salmon) a shit ton of fibrous veggies, yams, rice, and enough omega 3's to fulfill my needs.
I'll basically be filling in whats left of my calories after protein with the carbs mentioned above, while keeping fat sources limited to omega 3's/nuts and seeds as much as possible.
1-2gallons of water per day.
I'm not looking to gain a bunch of weight, my goal is to increase strength, gain some lean mass, and cut bf %.
Weight Training 5 days a week, cardio 5 days (generally cardio circuits or HIIT).
