I'm getting ready to start my first cycle. I've been lifting for 2 years regularly and have a pretty good diet. I've researched PCT on here for some time now but still not to sure what exactly I need and what each is for. Im obviously a newbie but Im doing my best to make sure i get this all correct the first time around. I want to be as safe as possible. My cycle is super test 250 1ml every three days. I was considering another cycle of more of a cut style IE Winstraw following this one? Any recommendations or advice specifically on the PCT and the second cycle if you feel up to it. Thanks in advance for helping me learn.
