1st Cycle, Need help planning PCT. Thanks.

I'm getting ready to start my first cycle. I've been lifting for 2 years regularly and have a pretty good diet. I've researched PCT on here for some time now but still not to sure what exactly I need and what each is for. Im obviously a newbie but Im doing my best to make sure i get this all correct the first time around. I want to be as safe as possible. My cycle is super test 250 1ml every three days. I was considering another cycle of more of a cut style IE Winstraw following this one? Any recommendations or advice specifically on the PCT and the second cycle if you feel up to it. Thanks in advance for helping me learn.
 
stats? Age? height, weight, approximate body fat %?

What is Winstraw? You mean winstrol? What brand is your "super test" 250?

What have you got so far for your cycle and PCT?
 
Yes i did mean Winstrol. Its Super Test 250mg/ml - 10ml by Cyber Laboratories. As far as supplies I have the Test and supplies to inject. I'm 26yo 227lb body fat is around 22% give or take. I injured my shoulder about 6 months ago and Ive really just been back in the gym about a month so Im not where i was. I started back using a workout posted here http://www./anabolic_workouts.php. Not sure if that's my best bet? Please let me know if you need anymore info and thank you again for your help. Id be 100% lost without the help of you kind folks!

[ Just weighed myself Im actually 221 now. My BF is not near as high as it was. 16.25 is what my scale says. Also Bench-260 Squat is 300 sorry i left that out. Thanks again ]

You BF is too high to use right now....a cycle @ high BF is veryyyy dangerous.

What are you eating on a daily basis
 
Thank you guys. I was planning on waiting until I got down to about 14% before I started but what is the right % to shoot for? As far as my diet im an eat when hungry type of guy not a calorie counter but i can give you a good ideal of my diet. I eat either Talipia, chicken breast, and steak and a variety of mixed vegies for 95% of lunch and dinner means or during those hours anyway. As far a breakfast its fruit, yogurt, oatmeal or cereal, and juice. I use a protein shake as well 2x a day. I've been basically strict on this diet for a couple months not so my body has adjusted well... Plus its actually what i enjoy eating. Am i close to where and what i need to be doing?

You're on the right track....I'd get a more regimented routine tho.....eat when I'm hungry probably = over eating which = high fat storage.

Make sure you're eating fresh foods, nothing frozen and nothing with artificial sweeteners
 
Thank you EZ_E Ill start documenting my intake so i can get a better ideal of calories fat and such. Although im quite confident that im not over eating. Even if i am i eat nothing that's bad for me although I am guilty of frozen vegetables.
