1st cycle done. 16 WEEKS

Just got done with my first cycle. Here are my results..i started as a total weakling coming from a 2 month vegan diet. I started when i weighed a solid 245 lbs and currently now weigh 235 lbs,I'm 6'3 and barely going to check my bf %. Here are some pics. They told me to hold off the gear until i lost more weight but honestly thought i had hit a plateau. I really appreciate the help I got on here. And look forward to continue healthy living. I'm still going to eat clean everyday as if i were on gear. No sugar,fast food, fried food,desserts exc..with only 1 cheat meal a week.
