1st cycle advice

I am 4 weeks in on test 400 half a cc every mom and Thursday and 1 dbol a day. ( just bumped up too 1 and a half a day ). Noticed my nips were a little sensitive so was told to take my arimidex and nolvedex. So I took 1 mg of arimadex yesterday (since it's the mg capsules) and 40 mg of nolvedex. Was wondering how often I should take this just to make sure gyno is not setting in

I would get some aromasin and take 25 mg EOD.. you should see improvements quickly. It's a far better option.

if you get quality aromasin then you won't continue to have this problem... otherwise you will have to step it up to letro but if you start the aromasin right away then you should not have any problems bro...

agreed on aromasin. By far the best AI. I use it with my trt year round, AG guys aromasin has always been on point for me. Not to say others don't have good aromasin too, they do I'm sure. But ag guys has been on point every single time for years on end for me.

Nolva dosage is too high. 10-20mg is plenty. For the arimidex, I would start with 1mg every other day and run it like that until the end of cycle. Switching over to aromasin, especially during PCT is a good idea

^This. AG Guys Aromasin is good stuff and will take care of any estrogen issues
