Hey ladies, I've seen alot of posts lately about the "Nors". Since there's alot of interest, I thought I'd make a post about it. I'm no guru or anything, but I have seen some girls have great success with it. I'm not trying to flirt or score nudie pics or shit like that, just offering my 2 cents.
Here is a simple method for making your own topical solution. Oral pro-hormones suck, the absorption is horrible. Buy 10 grams of 19-nor-4, it'll cost around $40 at kilosports.com. You might be able to find it elsewhere. Place powder in bottle. Add 200mL of Ethanol (Everclear) or Isopropyl Alcohol. Preferably Ethanol, although I understand it is hard to find in some states.
Sidenote: You could use 160mL Ethanol, and 40mL Isopropyl Myristate. This would enhance absorption even more. IM can be found on the web, but I understand it's a pain in the ass to find it. The Isopropyl Myristate is not necessary.
When the hormone is fully dissolved, the solution will be milky white (due to impurities). You now have 50mg/mL of 19-nor-4-diol. Shake before using. Just as a typical dose, you would draw up 2mLs in the morning, and apply topically after your shower to a hairless area. NO, not that hairless area. That would burn like hell. ; ) Let air dry for a couple minutes. Do not wash it off. Then apply once more in the evening. So that's 200mg of 19-nor-4-diol per day. The solution will then last for 50 days, or basically a 7-week cycle. Hope this helps. Below is an article about 19-nor-4, in case you wanted to read some more about it. Later ladies. Hope I helped.

One of the latest addition to the steroidal pro-hormone arsenal, is the 19-Nor-4- Androstene-3, 17-Diol (also known as Norandrostenediol, Norandrodiol, Nordiol, 19-Norandrostenediol, 19-Norandrodiol, 19-NorDiol.
The more interesting variant of androstenedione is the nor-androstenedione version. This is not a precursor in male humans, but pregnant women do have amounts of it, as do some species of horses and swine. Simply put, it’s androstenedione lacking a few atoms off the 19th position of the 4-ring steroid structure.
This seemingly small adjustment instills some major changes. When converted with 17HD, the active compound is not testosterone, but nandrolone, one of the powerful placental anabolic hormones for fetal development. Nandrolone is a more “benign” androgen: it has virtually none of the mascularizing effects of testosterone, and none of its metabolites act as like an estrogen, as aromatase (the enzyme that flips testosterone to estrogen) has no effect on nandrolone. And the conversion with 5-alpha reductase, which usually turns testosterone into Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), turns nandrolone into an even milder androgen. The active compound, nandrolone, is the basis of one of the more popular prescription anabolic steroids, trade-named "Deca Durabolin".
This is in actuality, an elegant prohormone. It has all the attributes of nandrolone (as Nor-4-AD converts to nandrolone), but uses the superior and efficient 3-HD enzyme, so the conversion to nandrolone is greater than the nor-androstenedione to nandrolone conversion. Because each prohormone has different enzyme pathways, there would be an additive effect in stacking the two together. Another safety factor built into Nor-Androdiol is that the prohormone in its unconverted state isn’t active like the androgenic 4-AD is. So overdosage and side effects cannot happen with Nor-androstenediol, which can’t be said about 4-AD.
Nor-androstenediol appears to be even more anabolic than 19-Norandrostenedione for gaining size and strength! Preliminary studies so far, indicate that 19-Norandrostenediol acts as a very potent anabolic compound which has strong nutrient partitioning effects that drastically increases lean body mass and decreases body fat stores. It also appears to have anti-estrogenic properties and improves one’s sense of well-being.
One of the benefits of nandrolone over testosterone, is that it remains onto the steroid receptor longer than testosterone does. In the world of anabolic steroids, the nandrolones are considered not as anabolic as testosterone. However, prohomones have different characteristics than prescription steroids in this aspect: prescription steroids have mechanisms that prolong the activity in the bloodstream, before being metabolized and ultimately excreted. Because of the availability of the steroid in the bloodstream, the receptor binding duration is not relevant; if a prescription steroid does not stay on the receptor for very long, there is a supply of steroid that can be accessed from the bloodstream.
Prohormones and their active compounds have no modification that extends their life in the body. There is no 17-alkylation, as the oral prescriptions have, nor do the prohormones have a slow-release like injectable compounds. So for these short-acting compounds, the duration of receptor binding does have relevance. In the case of nandrolone, the active result of the nor-androstenedione conversion, the increased receptor binding time may cause a better anabolic effect than the supposed superior anabolism of testosterone. This is because both compounds would be cleared equally rapidly from the bloodstream, but nandrolone will stay on the receptor longer than testosterone, a significant factor if there is no sustained active hormone in the blood. The only drawback of nor-androstenedione is simply the unavailability of the 17HD enzyme in men. (BUT WOMEN HAVE MORE OF THE 17HD ENZYME!!!!!!) But of course, any active anabolic compound in the body is better than none.
