given that the diet is super clean, cardio, fat burners, and AS to spare muscle.

BBers do it all the time. Lower, in fact, for some. I routinely went from 18-8 with no fat burners, after I got my diet figured out.

that's reassuring bros as my goal is 10% by summer.
SHREDEDD BEEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm doing a CKD. opinions on that for bodybuilders/cutter uppers?

I do a carb rotation similar to CKD, but without ever truly being in ketosis. I think keto is overrated for most ladies, but I hear it works well for you manly-man types. :)

haha, cool. i have gym class 5 days a week. do you know if that would lead to catabolism or do ketones 'battle' that? lol

actually, yeah, but i have 2 semesters of gym that i have to do before i graduate

Oh hell, you have plenty of time. Post up the diet!!

THE DIET:

5 meals each consisting of 40-50g protein, 20-30g low g.i carbs, 10g efa. the only exception is pre weight training meal i have 50g carbs instead of the usual 20-30g, and post workout i have 50g dextrose.

THE GEAR:

250mg sustanon every 5 days.
alternate 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks t3.
50mg effedrine pre workout (cardio and weights)
500mg r-ala twice a day
multi vitamin tablet every other day

THE ROUTINE:

day 1: chest, delts, bicepts followed by 20min cardio 60-70%mhr
day 2: a.m cardio for 30min 70-80%mhr
day 3: back, triceps, abs followed by 20min cardio 60-70%
day 4: a.m cardio for 30 min 70-80%mhr
day 5: legs followed by 20min cardio 60-70%
day 6: rest

repeat 6 day routine.

what do you think?

Why every 5 days on the sus?

Why not take t3 straight through and alternate the clen with eca?

Why EOD on the vitamin?

What are your protein, carb, and fat choices?

I think it is completely possible to do with diet alone over a 12 week period, given sufficient cardio... I dropped about 5% in 6 weeks doing cardio (20 minutes hard a day) and consuming low-no carbs (carb load 5th day)... and some fats...

Oddly enough, my muscle mass didn't really decrease, i did look alot flatter while I was on my diet though...

every 5 days will provide a slow release of test which is what one desires on a cutting cycle. are you saying to increase or decrease the dosage?

t3 is potentially dangerous in the long haul and i'd rather not take chances with it. 2 weeks maximum for me. besides, i'm on my 4th day of t3 and i think its way overrated. i personally feel that pure effedrine in the 50mg tabs is way superior to t3 and for that matter its superior to clenbuterol too.

vitamins eod because you really dont need them every day if your diet consists of fibre, and veggies.

my proteins come from either egg whites, nonfat milk, tuna, sardines, boiled chicken thais, and EAS PRECISION PROTEIN which i think tastes good contrary to what others say.

carbs are strictly from brown basamati rice, broccoli, all kinds of beans, tomato juice, and occasionally on weight training days 2-3 before a workout spagetti or linguine.

my fat comes from olive oil, and sunflower seeds.

Kepp us posted on your cutting progress. I am particularly interested in how/if your cycle will help you maintain strength while cutting. :)

SPATTS....
i'm now 13 days into the cycle.
started on the 20th of jan. at 190 pounds and now down to 187.
i suspect i lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 1 pound muscle as i'm a little harder now and there's a really noticeable decrease in bodyfat. energy levels are strong and i contribute it to efedrine as it absolutely rocks at 50mg 45 minutes pre workout. i'm starting to feel the sustanon kicking in as there's a very very minor bloat. during my workouts i'm as pumped as i've ever been partly because of effedrine which increases blood flow.
i can't wait til week 4 as i hear that's when sustanon's powers are strongly felt. so far, an increase in strengh. hope it stays.

i'll keep you posted.

Here's a weird diet I did to get from 27% to 11% in 2 months, took a lot of running and weight lifting though, this was when I first started about a year ago.

First take what you're eating now, say 2500 cals a day. Lower that to 1500 for 3 days, oat bran, chicken, turkey, whey protein and mostly fruit, especially the first of the 3 days. Then after the 3 days go 2 days at 3000 calories, same stuff just more, add some milk and cheese, plenty of good fats. Then start over at the 3 days at 1500 again, do this over and over and you'll drop fat pretty quick, its very odd but it worked for me really well. I assume it keeps our body from going into starvation mode and resets it. You burn alot in 3 days, but apparently I discovered it was important to get 500 over...3000 in this example on those two days.

holy crap, you went as low as 8%?? you ARE a woman, right?:D j/k

I started a thread on the women's board just this last week to find out what fat% most women dieted down to (becuase someone else thought 8 was insanely low). Turns out, MOST women diet down to at least this level. As far as physique goes, I think I look better at 10%ish. I can't hold 8% for longer than a blink of the eye, but I can hold 10% without feeling like crap as long as I must. I don't know why I'd want to, though. 18% isn't too bad, and I get to eat! :D

and eating's a whole lotta fun:D btw i didn't expect most women (at least on the board) dieted down to 8, i consider that quite low even for a man.

Well, on the women's board we have pro figure girls, pro heavy weight bb's, international figure and fitness girls, natty heavy weights, etc....we're not talkin local competition. So you're dealing with the some of the best of the best over there, and alot of them get pretty low. Jill Mills was 7% in her off season this time last year at the Arnolds, and she's no stranger to the women's board either.

i didn't know that (about the women's board). maybe i should look around there more often huh? starting now...

I'm not just saying this, but training and women's have some of the BEST info on Elite. We have molecular geneticists, pharmacists, O.R. surgeons, Medical School physiology professors, etc...over on women's. I occassionally stop over on the anabolic forum and am surprised at the level of information. In some cases, they are asking questions that would be no brainers to the women of Elite, even regarding AS/AAS.

Case in point:

I'm over on anabolic and some guy's complaining that he has a knot in his arse from his injection. Hurts pretty bad. I'm thinking, this is a man. He's gonna buck up and say he's fine...so if he's in here acting concerned, he's probably REALLY concerned. Well, about 15 posts go by with "That's normal, bro. Just massage it. Use (insert name) muscle instead..." I PM'd him, asked him what length needle he was using. Turns out he was trying to do a glute injection with a needle that was way too short, and he wasn't getting it in his muscle. I managed to get to him before anti-biotics were necessary.

There's not a single woman on the women's board that would not have thought of this first thing. They are VERY well informed. For the few men that DO make it over there, it's very rewarding for everyone. Lobo, ulter, Macro, Hannibal, Wilson6, B, realgains, etc...they are a wealth of information.

ouch a knot in his ass? that sounds....bad. i just read some threads on the women's board, pretty useful i must say.

i'll definately be checking the women's board more often. i just dont know when what i read there applies to men also, etc.

Citruscide, what was your lifting like? did strength increase? i'm doing something very similar, and i'm hoping i dont lose any of the good stuff

Jeremys, the best part is helping women realize that they DO have very similar bodies to men, and CAN train hard, be strong, etc...and not "turn into a guy." Of course, some of the endocrinoloical info will be skewed, but understanding supplmentation, how it works, pharmakinetics, etc...you can't ask for better info for either gender.
