i had an issue with an order but it wasn't customer services fault. it was the techies or it was my internet connection but I somehow double ordered something. i called up lindsay and she looked up my order in about 10 seconds and was like WTF?? some sort of glitch.. i ended up not being double charged after all on my credit card and she was nice enough to send me an extra bottle of n2guard just for my troubles. so all it takes is a little patience, they will take care of you
