OMg.. I'm siked! Just late last week I weighed in at a whopping 140! Upped my water lowerd my cals a tiny bit and jumped my cardio up to 45mins instead of 30.
upped my reps with supersets on a few exercises... and upped my water.
Felt really good today.. abs feeling tighter, not as bloated. Sore as hell from my Chest and tri's workout but loving it!
I HAD TO BRAG.. *BLUSH*
I needed this boost to keep me going.. for the longest time my weight was just standing still and I wasn't feeling tight.
