Background and Goals
I am 25, 5'7", 175lb, and about 15%BF. I have been training 8 out of the last 10 years, the last 5 straight. I am down from a high of 235lb but have been stuck around 175 for about a year with almost no body fat reduction. I have only been getting small strength gains and increased vascularity. I am looking to add lean mass as well as trim up. I would like to lose some body fat and maintain the gains I make during my cycle. I am certain that I have reached my genetic potential.
My diet is around 30g fat, 50g carb, 350g protein per day. I adhere to a liquid diet about 3 days a week. When on liquid I have 4 or 5 50g whey protein shakes per day and 1 or 2 50g 100% casein shakes at night. I add supplements to my shakes as well. The additions per day are 20g Glutamine, 20g Creatine, 30g fiber, and 30g of BCAA powder. 1 day a week I carb up on some cheat food. Another 3 days a week I will eat solid food only at night in place of the casein. Always steak or chicken.
I do already have slight gyno so I know that I have a genetic predisposition to it. It is not gear related. This is going to be my first real cycle. About 4 years ago I took Winny without test at 100mg EOD for 6 weeks, a pointless waste of money. I got gyno when I was about 13-14 and I believe it was a result the combination of puberty, obesity, smoking cigs and weed. My plan is to take .5mg Armidex ED starting the fifth week in order to attempt to prevent gyno. If symptoms do appear I will immediately drop the armidex and switch to Nolva at 40-60mg ED to attempt to reverse it. Once symptoms subside I will switch back to the armidex. The prevention and treatment of gyno is what concerns me most pertaining to my cycle. Any suggestions would be great. I am willing to give up possible gains in order to prevent it from getting worse. It has been less noticable through the years as I have been losing weight.
I am currently on and will continue to take the following vitamins. In the morning I take a multi, 3g CLA, 3g Omega 3, B1, B6, and B12. At night I take another multi, a B complex, 3g CLA, and 3g Omega 3. I have already started taking Clen at 120mcg/day and will continue to do so 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off throughout the cycle.

Actions post for standard 22 day PCT. I am thinking of just running the simple plan of nolva and clomid with dosages recommended by Action. However, I plan to continue PCT for an extra week with the dosages recommended for days 12-22 (50mg clomid and 20mg nolva).

Questions and Comments
Any recommendations for changes in what I have planned will be appreciated. I would like to know if the dosages planned for the cycle and PCT are reasonable.
What are your thoughts on my diet and supplementation?
Should I use dostinex to control prolactin levels due to the Tren? If so, how much and when?
I am aware that my cycle is unnecessarily complicated with changing dosages, but I’m an accountant and I just go overboard with spreadsheets.
I already have the Mast and the Primo on hand and the dosages fit what I have. I know that I should probably choose just one DHT but I will not cycle again for 7 months and I want to use it all.
In weeks 5-12 I am planning to take 700mg of DHT’s with 500mg of Test. Is it ok to have a DHT to Test ratio greater than 1?
In weeks 9-12, can I take Cytomel again in the same dosage I will use for week 1-4 (25/50/50/25)?
Would adding Winstol tabs at 50mg ED for the last 4 or 6 weeks be beneficial or a waste of money?
The last 4 weeks I will not be taking a 19-nor because I think 8 weeks of Tren is sufficient. Any thoughts?
