The Oakland Raiders and the New York Jets will both be trying to pick up a win on Sunday when they battle at Giants Stadium.

Oddsmakers currently have the Jets listed as 11½-point favorites versus the Raiders, while the game's total is sitting at 34.

The Raiders fell 20-9 last week to the Kansas City Chiefs for their eighth straight loss. Oakland was a 7-point home dog, while the final score fell UNDER the posted total of 36.5.

Andrew Walter made good on 27-of-37 for 226 yards, but was sacked four times and picked off twice in the loss.

Mike Nugent booted a 30-yard FG with just 10 seconds left in the game on Monday as the Jets picked up a 13-10 win over the Miami Dolphins.

The Dolphins had been listed as 2.5-point home favorites in that contest, while the combined score fell well UNDER the posted total (36.5).

The Raiders were my banker team during most of the season; they'd lose but almost always get within the spread. These past couple of weeks they've just collapsed, waiting for the season to be finished. Still, two to three -score game and some guys might have their jobs on the line.
