Giants look to clinch NFC East

The New York Giants will be looking for victory over the Oakland Raiders on Saturday to clinch the NFC East title.

New York takes its 10-5 mark to Oakland to tackle the 4-11 Raiders.

Oddsmakers like the Giants in this one, opening the line at 7.5 in favor of New York. They are 9-5-1 ATS this season, while the Raiders are 5-10. The total, which is 8-7 to the OVER in Raiders games and 7-8 to the OVER in Giants games, has been set at 44.

Last time out, at FedEx Field against Washington, the Giants as underdogs lost to Washington 28-17. The game was a Washington cover and an over play.

It was an ugly offensive display last game by Oakland, who managed just 3 points against Denver. The Raiders vow a better showing on the offensive side of the ball Saturday, after they lost as 12.5-point underdogs.

The Giants have an aggressive defence rated 3rd in the league in forcing turnovers. Oakland knows it and will be looking to protect the ball.
