The Houston Texans and the New England Patriots will both be gunning for a victory on Sunday when they meet at Gillette Stadium.

Oddsmakers currently have the Patriots listed as 11½-point favorites versus the Texans, while the game's total is sitting at 37½.

Houston were beaten by hometown hero Vince Young in a 26-20 overtime loss to Tennessee last weekend, falling as a home PICK. The 46 points scored were OVER the posted total of 46.

David Carr threw for 140 yards, and Ron Dayne rushed for 87 yards and two touchdowns for the Texans.

New England gained 189 offensive yards in a 21-0 loss at Miami last weekend, falling as 3.5-point road favorites. The 21 combined points were UNDER the posted total of 37.

Tom Brady threw for only 78 yards, and Corey Dillon added 79 yards on the ground for the Patriots.

Yeah but New England in the past couple weeks have sucked. Two weeks ago they were 13.5 favs at home vs Detroit and barely beat them, then they get beat down by Miami last week. I love the Pats, but I'm not touching this game.
