Here's a theory. The Ravens will dog it in Miami to embarrass management and force changes in the offseason. OK, it's a weird theory. But the Ravens, who have covered the spread just twice all season, are small favorites to the 0-13 Dolphins. And Miami is 9-2 ATS the past 11 meetings with the Ravens.
