The Florida Gators and Vanderbilt Commodores will both be gunning for a victory when they meet at Vanderbilt Stadium on Saturday.

Oddsmakers currently have the Gators listed as 17-point favorites versus the Commodores, while the game's total has not yet been posted.

Georgia could not overcome five turnovers in a 21-14 loss to rival Florida last week, falling to the Gators as 13.5-point underdogs at home, and the 35 points scored were UNDER the posted total of 41.5.

Matthew Stafford passed for 151 yards and two picks, but also ran for a touchdown. Kregg Lumpkin added 44 rushing yards and a major for the Bulldogs.

Chris Nickson was a one-man show as Vanderbilt defeated Duke 45-28 last week, with the Commodores covering the 8.5-point road spread, and the 73 points scored were well OVER the posted total of 40.

Nickson threw for 250 yards and two scores, and ran for 156 yards and three more touchdowns. Earl Bennett had 184 receiving yards and a major for the Commodores.
