Seattle Seahawks have the St. Louis Rams in their rearview mirror in the NFC West standings. A win Sunday will keep them there.

The Rams look to avenge an earlier 37-31 loss at the hands of the Seahawks.

The Rams will be looking to prove oddsmakers, who have them pegged as 6.5-point underdogs, made a big mistake in this one. The total sits at a high 50.5.

Coach Joe Vitt engineered a late rally that took his Rams to a 24-21 victory over Jacksonville last game. They hope the momentum from that contest, when they rallied as a 5-point underdogs, carries over to this week.

Mike Holmgren's team hopes to build upon a 33-19 win over Arizona. They were 5-point favorites and covered the spread. The game went over the total.

St. Louis will look to air it out this week and they continue to boast one of the league's best aerial attacks games. They are averaging 265.4 yards per game through the air and boast the #3 pass offence.

Some trends to consider:
St. Louis is 1-5-0 ATS in its last 6 games after being 3.5 to 7 point underdogs
St. Louis is 2-9-0 ATS in its last 11 away games
St. Louis is 2-4-1 OU in its last 7 games against Seattle
