Had some fun today in the gym, put up 2 PRs
Speed Box Squats
45x3, 135x3, 185x2x10 sets
Box Squats
275x12 ( big PR, dont think ive ever repped 275 more than 8 before, and that was regular squats )
Power Cleans
135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3, 275x1 ( missed the 2nd rep )
Speed Pulls ( 5 sec rest between sets )
1x6 sets
Rev. Hypers
25x8x3 sets
Im extremely confident that i will put up 1000+ pounds now november 24 during testing.
