Rainny day today, so i was feeling a little lazy but in no way could i miss the gym.
Speed Box Squats ( finally maxed out on BS so i could use a real number, about 55%, 30 seconds between sets )
45x3, 135x3, 165x2x10 sets ( i flew up on these really fast )
Speed Pulls ( 5 second rest between sets )
225x1x6 sets
Power Cleans
95x3, 135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 225x3 ( form has improved again )
Power Snatches
95x3, 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 185x2 ( PR, missed the 3rd rep )
