I am pretty sure you guys are familiar with this training program, I want to get some definition and mass( about 5 pounds) , and I was wondering if this routine is too aggressive for woman. I have been training for the past 3 years about 3 times per week and I run 5k at least once per week. The 10x10 volume training program is very intense and involves lots of training and different muscle groups,or do you think I should go for something lighter?
