10-week Size Surge Program Questions

Hi, i'm 121 pounds and 6'23 feet. My questions are the following: I've read some parts of the Size Surge POF-based program of 10 weeks in the internet and theres one doubt of the sixth week (called the medium-intensity week), what do i have to do in that week?, next one is if i have to put into failure every set on this program. What diet do i have to "painfully" follow? I've heard about eating rice and bread and vegetables all day long, i just cant do that! Any suggestions or sites that may be of my concern?

You sound extremely ectomorphic. I would not try this program if I were you.

Hell I wouldn't try it if I were me, and I am me.
 
u sound very very thin so yeah a hardcore bulking program may not be the best thing to begin with.

My advice is to first put on about 5-7kgs of fat. Just start eating all day every day dude. Eat everything. Chocolate, icecream, burgers, chips anything.

Include a relitively moderate workout program to help to put some muscle on with that. YOu need to develop a half decent core of muscle before you can do a really hardcore bulking routine.

So yeah 60kg is really really light, way too light. YOu gotta eat something man. Put on weight, any sort of weight, dont try to stay lean, just EAT EAT EAT. 60kg at over 6 foot is very very unhealthy.
(not trying to be critical but i do know where u are coming from and my advice is to eat everthing)
 
the program is decent. Id give it a try.

As for the wating part. Eat lots of good wholesome food. Steaks eggs, milk, peanuts.. you know the drill..
 
Thank you for your advises, im on the eat-all program already but the questions that i posted are of my concern. What should i do on the medium-intensity week (sixth week of the 10-week program) and if i should put into failure every set on this program?
 
I have the program at home and I dont remember anything about an easy week untill its done..
Well what I would do and Im sure it explains it in the book is not to go to failure that week Stop a few reps short...
