Hi, i'm 121 pounds and 6'23 feet. My questions are the following: I've read some parts of the Size Surge POF-based program of 10 weeks in the internet and theres one doubt of the sixth week (called the medium-intensity week), what do i have to do in that week?, next one is if i have to put into failure every set on this program. What diet do i have to "painfully" follow? I've heard about eating rice and bread and vegetables all day long, i just cant do that! Any suggestions or sites that may be of my concern?
