abolish the weak

#1- it's all a diet, whether I'm eating skinless chicken and rice, OR pizza, steaks, and mashed potatoes. I think of the word DIET as an extreme form of eating to achieve something that does not appear "normal" Dieting is not comfortable, nor is bulking usually, even if it does involve eating things that taste good, the quantity gets old fast. So if your comfortable with it then re-check your plan of attack.
#2- Just because your bulking up does not mean you should be eating a gazillion calories everyday. My advice is once/wk take a day-two where you lower your calories back down to 3,000 or so(I'm over 250lb) It helps keep you from getting too lethargic and sluggish to train good. Yes, I believe there gets to be a point when it's overboard and you need a day-two to utilize what's already present in the body before you feed it too much. You'll find your not quite as lethargic and your lifts may actually go up by doing so.
#3- Be realistic. Set a goal that's easier to visualize. Look, if your 220 lbs and your goal is to be 250 lbs shredded within one year then good luck. Why not make a goal such as achieving a weight of 250 lbs and still see the outline of your abs. Then try to come back down to your present bodyweight next spring only half the bodyfat. If your goal is easier to visualize then it's easier to stick to.
#4- Your body is an investment, not an expense. Quit bitching about how much money it costs for supplements, juice, and groceries. Start looking at people who don't do what you do. They're all the ones w/ the back problems, the constant surgeries which never work and could have been avoided it they weren't such pussies and trained. The ones with the triglyceride counts that are absurd, the one's who have a significant other who is so disgusted they wont have sex with them anymore. These people walk around miserable, sick, and tired, ALL THE TIME!! Do I shell out money on my body, your damn right I do. I think of it just like a monthly car payment. So if you pull that wallet out of your tight jew ass, quit bitching about the expense, and start thinking like I'm telling you to, you'll have more of what you need to grow.
#5- Make more money, see #4. Look, you got more loot then you got more for gear, food, supps. What's that Mr. Sorry ass? "Oh, girls only want guys with money!!" Not really, you just dont see too many guys who are jacked AND rich. The two go hand in hand quite nicely, and you wear a label that screams, Money, Power, excellence. Quit sulking in your sorrows and make more, your a fucking man!! Maybe women are more attracted to guys who take charge than their money, ever think of that? Women eat it up. So as you try to figure out new ways to grow, think of new ways to grow financially too. If your sick and tired of your $9/hr desk job then fucking use it as motivation to get ahead. Every time your in that grocery store and get mad at the price of eggs, remind yourself of why your upset. YOU DONT MAKE ENOUGH.
#6- I think people let outside influences hold their gains back. Clothing commercials, malls, reality television, credit cards, fuck em'. They all breed insecurity. Perfect example, John Doe wants to be big. John goes out on a Fri night. John watched a TV show the night before where some 130 lb faggot wearing Abercrombie shit(which BTW if you can fit into any of this shit please get your ass to BK FAST) has all these chicks falling all over him. So now this clown thinks if he goes out and buys Abercrombie jeans girls might like him, but in the back of his mind he then starts saying "Wait, if I bulk up I wont fit into these pants, and chicks will no longer like my commercialized punk ass" You get my drift? It's your world, live it, embrace it.
#7- Everyday is a new day. So you missed a meal yesterday? It doesn't matter, it was yesterday, do your best today. Did you fuck up and drink 6 beers last night? doesnt matter, today is not last night. New day, get back on track and keep moving. MOST PEOPLE spend more time that day dwelling on why they cannot lift, why they did not lift well. Dont think this way, it's easier to quit by dwelling on your mistakes. Remember, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PERFECT EATING!!!
#8- Do what others do not. Just ask yourself "Does 90% of the population do this? ie; deadlifts, wide grip pull-ups, waking up at 5:30am to eat and train, save money, motivate yourself to make more money(See #4) Do what's uncomfortable in life and make it a routine, so eventually doing what normal people do becomes uncomfortable.
#9- Surround yourself with others who do what you do. My friend and I are like an underground cult. We bodybuild, we want to be rich, and are self motivated, and we are there for each other, no matter what!! We feed off each others motivation and work ethic. I wish I could tell you there was a bunch of us. There is not, it's him and I. I haven't found anybody else in town with the same level of commitment. He's also my business partner. All my real gains the past 2 years were hard earned, with him telling me more, more, more. So if you have somebody like this your lucky and dont forget it.
#10- Have fun!!! Remember, there is no finish line in this sport. It's a lifestyle. But you can only be a slave to yourself for so long. So go out a couple times a month, have a couple rum and cokes, and live life too!! But when the drunk guys all come up to you and ask you how you got so big, and what supps to take, and start talking about the glory days when they could bench 1000 lbs, just rest assured your knocking your goals down, you just dont realize it. When you get more guys approaching you than girls(and no, i'm not talking in a gay way, more inspirational and motivating) you know your on the way to being a big fucker.
So remember these 10 bodybuilding codes to life. Live them, study them. I hope I have helped some of you find motivation to change your life for the better.
