10/22 NCAA: BYU at Notre Dame

Notre Dame Fighting Irish look to rebound from a 34-31 loss to the Trojans Saturday, when they host BYU.

Sporting a 3-3 overall record and a 2-2 mark within the conference, the Cougars aim to knock the Fighting Irish (0-0 In the conference) for a loss.

The Fighting Irish are a huge favorite, and face the task of covering the 20 points Vegas oddsmakers have given the Cougars. The Cougars, with a 2-3 ATS mark on the season, look to bite as a big road dog.

Bronco Mendenhall's troops hosted Colorado St. last game and came away with a 24-14 win. Oddsmakers had them as 2.5-point underdogs in that one.

Notre Dame won and lost last game, losing SU 34-31 to the Trojans, but taking the ATS result as a 13.5-point underdogs.
