The Clemson Tigers, 2-3, 1-3 ACC, arrive at Raleigh tonight desperate to halt a three game losing streak that has seen the lustre quickly fade from the Tigers' opening wins against Texas A+M and Maryland. Clemson's hosts tonight, North Carolina State, 2-2, 1-2 ACC, haven't been overly impressive either, but they are coming off an inspirational, last-second win a week ago when the Wolfpack beat Georgia Tech, North Carolina State's first win at Atlanta in sixteen years.
