10-12 week diet plan, help!

okay well im going to be doing the following cycle:
400mg eq each week 1-12
400mg test eth week 1-12
25mg dbol each day week 1-5

i need a good diet i can follow, or like a mean plan throughout the day, otherwise i will just end up not eating, or not eating what I need to eat. does anyone have a good meal plan they follow throughout the week? like what they plan on having for breakfast lunch and dinner? thanks guys!
 
Breakfast, lunch and dinner? With those drugs you had better be having 6 full meals a day or else don't bother. Also why is it that people always come up with this perfect AS cycle first and then worry about diet as an afterthought? Take all that energy and apply it to your diet and you won't need the damn AS to get gains.
 
im not starting the cycle untill i have a good diet set aside to stick to, which is why im asking for your help, so, please help!
 
I'd assume you're trying to bulk a bit, but I'll give you a quality bulking plan which I use sometimes that will add quality lean muscle mass while bulking.

1. 6 Egg Whites + 3 Eggs (Little Skim Milk)
1/2 - 1 Cup Oatmeal (in Water or Skim Milk + Sweet&Low)
Couple Slices of Whole Grain Toast or Whole Grain Bagel
Glass or Two of Skim Milk

2. High Quality Protein Shake w/ Flax or Olive Oil

3. Tuna over White or Brown Rice w/ Soy Sauce
Broccolli, Spinach, or Salad w/ Vinegar & Oil
Tbs. Peanut Butter
Diet Beverage or Water

4. Same as Meal 2

5. Chicken Breast
Plain Baked Potato
Vegetables
Diet Beverage or Water

6. Same as Meal 2 (OR)
Lean Beef Patty or Sirloin Steak w/ Worchestire Sauce
Rice or Plain Sweet Potato w/ Sweet&Low
Vegetables or Salad w/ Vinegar & Oil
Tbs. Peanut Butter
Diet Beverage or Water

If you follow this, even though it sucks ass, you will definitely make some kick ass gains!
 
you could also cut up with that cycle as well bro,

to make it easy on you, stick to only a couple of foods and alot of them.

ex. tuna, chicken, raw oats and lots of green fibrous veggies.

if it tastes good my man stay away from it, hehe
this sucks but becomes routine very fast.

I normally go this approach and consume about 4 to 5 hundred grams of protein a day, stay alittle under one hundred carbs and just make sure some of your fat content is omega 3.

then I make adjustments after a week.
