Just wanted to post this for fun.
Today I ate and ate and ate (between washroom breaks :rolleyes: )
I kidna wanted to see what kinda job the pros' have and let me tell you it is a talent to eat like this all the time. Anyways I just finished a few chicken burgers to put me over the EDGE.... Tommorow I go zero carb until sat where this happens

DEC 3-17 DNP 200mg/ed
DEC 13-24 Clen 175mcg
DEC 3-24 Proviron 50mg/ed
I'll carb up super big at the end of the dnp to kick my butt back in gear.

AM cardio 30mins 5x/week, lighter lifting (more reps) 5x/week... I will maintain a lowfat / lower carb diet sticking to mostly simple carbs and cutting carbs after 4pm (no need to sweat all night)...

Question: while you guys are cutting do you still consume simple carbs PWO? If so what kind of amounts?

Its just a genetics thing I guess, I can pound down 3000 calories in 1 sitting, easily. Guess thats why I had to lose 70lb this year haha.
 
I'm not a fan of DNP. Yes, you still need to consume dextrose pwo. Keep lifting heavy weights with lower reps between 6-10. Using higher reps will do nothing, but waste away your muscle. It's a myth that you need to use lighter weights and higher reps to lose fat.
