1-Test

New to the forum...

I just started... day three of 1-Test... 6cc's.... 2 morning... before workout and at night... orally with the syringe.

I haven't noticed anything yet... however... still early in the game.
I'm also taking thyrolean... high amount of protein... and a carb shake before and after workout.

Curious to know what else I should stack with this product... any andros or nors?... anything I should know.

I weigh about 140... extremely lean... I'm looking to add a few pounds... but really become more vascular... even more so.

Also what's up with the clenbutrx the liquid... any good for a stimulate?

I don't know how tall you are, but if based on the fact that you only weigh 140 pounds, I'm going to assume you don't have much of a muscular foundation laid down for yourself. I'd recommend giving up the 1-Test a just sticking with the basics. Go crazy with your meals. Supplement that with shakes, creatine, and a good multi. Train really hard and get plenty of sleep at night. The rest of the process is up to your genes. Either your body's going to respond or it's not. Just stick with it and once you've laid a good foundation, then try the other shit on the market. Just my 2 cents.
 
If it takes 2 weeks to kick in, then if I take it for 2 weeks then stop, will it continue to work for the next two weeks w/o taking it?

I don't get it.

It does not take two weeks to kick in with ONE/ONE+ -- most people have only done two to three week cycles and nothing about their results suggests it had not kick in.
 
dude, dont listen to these bitches. I was 140 when i started working out, and am at 215 right now at 9%bf.
I dont get why you guys assume he is new to the game. my friend is a competitive bodybuilder at 145. YOu CAN be extremely ripped and have good muscle base at that weight. Whoever thinks weight refers to muscle maturity needs to start educating themselves and put down the fuckin big macs because being 255 at 40% BF is NOT DIESEL

With a syringe? are you taking mag-10?
