Got a lot of strange looks in the gym again last night thanks to doing board presses and floor presses. Man, I love West Side. :)

2 Board Press - 170x1 (probably could have done more, but concentrated on form)
Floor Press - 135x3 (For Exodus, I know I was supposed to do 1RM on floor press and 3RM on the board press, but someone was using the power rack when we got there)
Nosebusters - 35x6x10
Straight Bar Cable Pushdowns - 70x3x10
One Arm Military Press - 20(each hand)x3x15

I feel like I had a good night in the gym. Might have been due to the Chinese buffet I had for lunch. :)

My wife, on the other hand, dropped a 10lb plate on her foot and had to skip the last half of the workout. :(

well good job bud........ (btw....... dont change the workout just because someone was there, wait for it, or do it off the floor.....fyi)

no of course not. the thing is his program is floor press for 1 rep max and then 2 boards for 3 rep max. that is for 3 weeks then he will change to 3 board s for 1 rep max and ohp for a 3 rep max. its not that he was doing boards for 1 rpm, its that he changed the program just becuase someone was in the machine. thats all.
