Got a lot of strange looks in the gym again last night thanks to doing board presses and floor presses. Man, I love West Side. 
2 Board Press - 170x1 (probably could have done more, but concentrated on form)
Floor Press - 135x3 (For Exodus, I know I was supposed to do 1RM on floor press and 3RM on the board press, but someone was using the power rack when we got there)
Nosebusters - 35x6x10
Straight Bar Cable Pushdowns - 70x3x10
One Arm Military Press - 20(each hand)x3x15
I feel like I had a good night in the gym. Might have been due to the Chinese buffet I had for lunch.
My wife, on the other hand, dropped a 10lb plate on her foot and had to skip the last half of the workout.
