I do a lot of wrestling and also I play football in my small college. we don't have much of a training staff here just a bunch of guys who walk around and give us instructions to weight train. I think that with your help I can do a lot better and get stronger

I have been weight training off and on since high school where I played some football and did wrestling. I have a gym membership and I have been going 4x per week consistent.
I want to add some sarms
goal is to add some muscle and burn some fat
my body fat is like 20%
I'm sure some of you on here have done security guard work I'm a big guy over 6 foot tall and 250 plus pounds but I haven't really ever weight train I'm just a naturally big guy . I want to get stronger especially if I'm gonna be wrestling guys to the ground working security at clubs and discos...
Went to see CZW in South Philly last night for their Best of the Best X show. All I can say is WOW. Independent companies know how to put on a killer show. I don't know if anyone as been to their shows, but the action is awesome and the crowd is always entertaining.
