I’m looking for your advice on using tirzepatide for a fat person. I’m 320lbs and trying to lose weight. Hoping you can give me a good dose. I’ve read 1-6mgs. Even in studies people were doing 12 mgs. Should I go with a higher dosage to start or should I start with a lower dose and see how I do?
