thoughts on thymosin alpha1 for more sinus help? What are your thoughts on running something that would help me? I get some itchy nose and eyes and I also get sinus congestion especially during the night. Do you think I should try 1 mg a week and see how that does?

Interested in trying Thymosin Alpha. My source finally carries it. Want to be one running the sources that are approved on here I would like to get a boost in my immune system. Do you think 1-2 mg a week, split into a dosage twice a week, would work well for me or should I run a different dosage?
